NON-SKILLED SUPPORT
$55 per Visit
Support with walking, established exercise routines, general mobility, activity, encouragement, and accountability— between therapy visits or after discharge.
Mobility Partners
NON-SKILLED. DPT- LED
$95 per Visit
Wellness and mobility support personally provided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, with a higher level of movement knowledge, observation, and education while remaining a non-skilled wellness service.
DPT Mobility & Wellness
Concierge Physical Therapy
SKILLED PHYSICAL THERAPY
$125 per Visit
One-on-one evaluation, individualized treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular training, gait and balance interventions, manual therapy when appropriate, and progression based on clinical findings.
